Questions about booking, coverage, and what to expect
Book as soon as you have your date. Popular months fill quickly, especially spring and fall in Austin. A deposit holds your date, and the rest is due two weeks before your event.
Yes. Additional hours are available at $175 per hour. This works well if your event runs longer than expected or you want extended coverage for a rehearsal dinner.
Travel within Austin is included. For events outside the city, travel fees apply. Contact me to discuss your specific location and I'll provide a quote.
I maintain backup equipment and have a trusted network of photographers. Your event is covered no matter what. This is why the full-day package includes two photographers.
Edited digital files are delivered within two weeks. You'll receive a link to your private online gallery where you can download, share, and order prints anytime.
